Pulse current generators for electrohydroimpulse installations of various technological purpose were developed and manufactured in the institute.
They can also be applied as the pulse sources of energy in other electrophysical installtions.

COMPACT  MULTIFUNCTIONAL  POWER  SOURCE
FOR  ELECTROTECHNICS
The source is recommended to the application in the following fields: acoustic prospecting, refinement of devices of chemical production, welding, electroerosion machining, medical facilities, and also in equipment for insulation electric strength testing, electrolytic heating, in lasers, plasmotrones, electrohydraulic installations designed for mouldings refinement, for presswork, punching, expansion etc.

Power supply provides for a wide range of output characteristics and required law of voltage, current or power variation. High conversion frequency allows to achieve a high dynamic accuracy at treatment of both sinusoidal and pulse signals.

The source can have a modular structure, and consist of separate independent cells and a united control unit, assembled in a post.

The source's cell includes: line rectifier, filter, part of intermediate high frequency, transformer, rectifier, malfunction control and protection devices .

Control mode secures cells work control, their uniform load.
Used circuit designs allow to receive the source with required parameters by means of series-parallel connection of cells.

Compact source can be executed on various element base in accordance with financial resources of the customer (on unit keys, power packs, intelligent modules).

In comparison with the other devices of similar destinations and functions, the developed source has significantly smaller weight and dimensions, high energy data, securing the efficient use of electrical energy, and input parameters regulation.
