This significantly accelerates heat and mass transfer, physicochemical processes at the macro and micro levels, changes the structure and properties of the liquid metal, creating favorable conditions for its effective crystallization.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Advantages of technology<\/h3>\n<ul>\n    <li>Ecological cleanliness combined with successful processing<\/li>\n    <li>Extremely low specific electricity consumption compared to other ladle processing methods: &lt; 2 kWh\/t<\/li>\n    <li>Short processing time: &lt; 5 minutes<\/li>\n    <li>Easy maintenance and high reliability of the high-voltage equipment used<\/li>\n    <li>Possibility of independent use and combination with other ladle processing methods (modification, alloying, blowing, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>Technology efficiency<\/h3>\n<ul>\n    <li>Increasing the fluidity and fillability of forms<\/li>\n    <li>Reducing the hydrogen content in the melt<\/li>\n    <li>Reduction of non-metallic inclusions<\/li>\n    <li>Reduced susceptibility to cold brittleness<\/li>\n    <li>Reducing the spread of mechanical properties<\/li>\n    <li>Increased wear resistance<\/li>\n    <li>Decrease in magnetic
