the Ministry of Education and Science 986 of June 24, 2026<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first stage is from June 16 to August 6, 2026 at HEIs\/NUs with submission of materials to the National Electronic Scientific Information System (hereinafter referred to as the System).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deadline for submission of documents&nbsp;<strong>to the System \u2013 August 6, 2026 1:00 PM<\/strong>&nbsp;Kyiv time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The second stage - from August 7 to October 15, 2026 at the Ministry of Education and Science with processing and examination of materials in the System.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Projects for participation in the Competition are submitted according to the following forms: projects of young scientists - according to the Form (Appendix 7 to the Requirements).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Projects for participation in the Competitions are submitted in the System, and the following must be attached to the projects:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a cover letter with a list of research projects proposed for implementation at the expense of the general fund of the state budget from 2027;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>documents confirming the results of the first stage of the Competition: a copy of the order on the first stage of the Competition and an extract from the minutes of the meeting of the academic (scientific, scientific-technical, technical) council of the higher education institution or scientific institution. certificate from the State Border Service of Ukraine (period from 01.06.2025 to 01.06.2026);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>certificate from the accounting department about funds raised from other sources of funding (special fund for science) (if available).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For projects specified in paragraph 5 of the Requirements, which will be implemented on the basis of centers for collective use of scientific equipment, the following documents must be uploaded to the System:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a copy of the order of the Ministry of Education and Science on the creation of a center for the collective use of scientific equipment, established in accordance with the established procedure;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>regulations on access to and use of scientific equipment; regulations on the Central Scientific and Technical Research Center;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>link to the electronic service for placing remote orders and conducting research.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Information about submitting documents to the system will be posted
