Annotation

The problem of mathematical physics, which dates back three centuries, is considered - the solution of nonlinear partial differential equations, in particular the most difficult one - the problem with moving boundaries. An unconventional author's approach is proposed using inverse problem methods taking into account nonlinear interactions of arguments. This method makes it possible to move from understanding wave processes to controlling wave phenomena. The functions of controlling wave processes in regions with moving permeable boundaries are determined.

Intended for scientists and engineers developing science-intensive technologies, as well as students and postgraduates in relevant specialties.
