The state organization "Ukrainian National Office of Intellectual Property and Innovations" (UKRNOIVI) informs about current educational initiatives and open resources in the field of intellectual property.
International course DL-101 in Ukrainian
UKRNOIVI has adapted the DL-101 "General Course on Intellectual Property" course, which is implemented on the eLearning Center platform of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Academy, into Ukrainian.
The course provides basic knowledge about:
- key objects of intellectual property law;
- legal protection mechanisms;
- international protection of intellectual property rights.
The training takes place in a distance learning format with the support of a teacher, includes a final exam and a certificate. Participation is free.
Registration: from February 18 to March 16, 2026
Study period: from March 17 to May 17, 2026

Online course "Intellectual Property and Business"«
The online course "Intellectual Property and Business" is available on the national digital platform Diya.Business, created by UKRNOIVI in cooperation with the State Enterprise "Office for the Development of Entrepreneurship and Export" and the Diya.Business project.
The course is focused on developing practical knowledge about:
- use of design and technology;
- management of the results of intellectual activity;
- transforming intellectual property into a business asset.
